This DPA governs the processing of personal data by HBM Rocket on behalf of customers subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations. It is a binding addition to the terms of service.

Subject matter: provisioning of the HBM Rocket platform. Duration: lifetime of the customer account. Categories of data subjects: end customer's website operators and authorized users.

HBM acts as a data processor. The customer is the data controller. Sub processors are Cloudflare (CDN) and Hostinger (hosting). The current sub processor list is available on request.

Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission Decision 2021/914) apply for any transfer outside the EEA. For Enterprise customers requiring a signed copy, email dip@homebuildermarketers.com.
