What we collect
Account data (email, name, organization), site metadata reported by the agent (URL, hostname, plugin version, environment), audit results (Lighthouse JSON), and operational telemetry (cache hit, errors).
What we do not collect
Visitor data on your sites. Personally identifiable end user information. Form submissions, page content, or session cookies from your visitors. The agent does not see them and the control plane never asks.
Where it is stored
On HBM operated infrastructure in the United States. PostgreSQL primary, Redis for queues, R2 for raw audit JSON. Encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Who can access it
Authorized HBM operators only. We log every administrative access. Customers on the Enterprise tier may host the entire stack themselves.
Cookies on this site
Strictly necessary only: session cookie for the dashboard, theme preference cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies. We use server logs for fault diagnosis, retained 30 days.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion. Email dip@homebuildermarketers.com with the request and we will action within 30 days.
Changes
Material changes announced 30 days in advance. Minor changes (typos, clarifications) updated with a new "last updated" date.
