Terms of service.

1. Account
You are responsible for credentials and any activity on your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to extract data you do not own, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
2. Service
HBM Rocket is provided as is. Uptime targets are stated on the pricing page per tier. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Data
Your data is yours. We do not sell, share, or train models on it. You can export at any time. Cancellation triggers a 30 day grace before deletion.
4. Pricing and refunds
Plans bill monthly or annually. Annual plans receive two months free. Refunds available within 14 days of any new charge, no questions asked.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise other tenants.
6. Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
